A tiny sausage dog could be put down after being accused of nipping a neighbour's ankle.
Lucy, a 20cm (8in) high black-and-tan dachshund, is facing destruction under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
Owner Melanie Hobson insisted the claims are ridiculous. The mother-of-two said: 'I can't believe this is happening. Lucy is tiny, how can she be classed as a dangerous dog?' |
