A friend of mine has 3 kids. 12, 7, and 5. The 12 yr old is a "certified" babysitter. The other 2 go to bed at 8PM. After that, the mother goes clubing maybe twice a week. I have tried to reach her a few times while she was out and could not get ahold of her. What happens if the kids need to get ahold of her? The 12yr old has all emergency numbers and knows what to do. Does this make her a careless parent?
