1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Cream shortening, honey, & sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add well beaten egg.
Add flour and soda together, stir in and mix well.
Form into small balls of dough, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten with fork.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
